Information and Policies

• For most weekends, a minimum of two nights is required for booking.

• Check-in is at 3:00 P.M. and check-out is at 11:00 A.M. If you arrive early, kindly speak to the front desk, and we will inform housekeeping to prioritize your room.

​

• We want to ensure a healthy and comfortable environment for all our guests, so our campus is smoke-free. If you do smoke in our rooms, a cleaning fee of $250.00 will apply.

​

• Our Suite 104 is specially designed to be handicap accessible, with a convenient walk-in shower, equipped with a drop-down bench.

​

• Our rates are based on double occupancy, but we'd love to accommodate extra guests over the age of 12 for a small fee of $25 per person per night.

​

• Pets are not allowed for our overnight guests.

​

• To secure your reservation, we require a deposit equivalent to one night's stay, which includes a non-refundable $25.00 processing fee. Full payment will be charged to the card on file six days before your arrival. If you wish to change the payment method, please call us at (812)988-9000.

• We understand plans can change, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, just let us know at least seven days before your arrival to receive the refundable portion of your deposit.

• We want to maintain our facilities in excellent condition for all our guests, so please be mindful of any damages to your room or hotel property during your stay. Any charges for damages will be added to your bill.

• If you leave anything behind during your stay, we’ll do our best to locate and return it to you. Just let us know as soon as possible.

• We strive to create a safe and peaceful environment for all our guests. For that reason, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or disrupts the safety and comfort of others.

• We’re here to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you need any extra amenities such as towels, pillows, or blankets, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide them.
